Extending your home is the simplest way of improving your accommodation without the hassle and expense of moving house. The first thing to do is contact an Architect to draw up some plans for you and have them submitted to the local council for approval. (We can do this all for you as part of our service if you would prefer, but obviously a charge would be made.) It is important to discuss your budget with your Architect, so that he can base his design with your budget in mind. Once drawings are available and while waiting for approval, we can give you an estimate of the overall cost based on the drawings. Then once approved, and the architect has provided the building specifications, we can provide a more accurate written quotation, stating exactly what we will do step by step.
